What type of coaching do you offer?

I offer a range of coaching to suit your needs. First steps is a short online course aimed at providing you with solutions to common concerns including what to do if your teen is showing signs of anxiety or depression, having panic attacks, or you’re looking for more information about suicide risk. Bit by Bit is small group coaching delivered with videos and Zoom meetings where you learn strategies and support each other. One to one coaching allows us to tailor session to meet your goals and needs, allowing you to support yourself and support your teen.

What strategies do you use in coaching sessions?

I use strategies that I’ve developed from my experiences and the experiences of helping others. I also use CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) which allows you to change the way you think and behave, changing the way you feel.

What is your policy?

When you sign up for the Bit by Bit course, you must be prepared to actively participate in the group coaching calls.

Is there a maximum number of participants on a coaching call?

Yes, all courses and coaching calls are limited to 8 participants. The reason for this is so you can get to know each other during the course, and form support groups for yourselves once the course is finished.

My teenager already sees a counsellor, will this be a conflict?

Definitely not, if anything you will have the skills to deepen conversations with your teenager after their sessions and really be able to understand them.
